A 2 bedroom flat above shops on a busy high st. Landlord wanted £70,000 to extend the lease. We managed to agree a much lower premium of £51,000, thereby saving the leaseholder £19,000
A 2 bedroom flat in a converted period building. Landlord wanted £228,000. After taking the matter to Tribunal we managed to reduce this to £11,750.
3 leaseholders in a period conversion wanted to purchase their freehold. The landlord wanted £97,000. We managed to get that reduced to £50,000, thereby saving the leaseholders £47,000.

2 bed flat in a block. Landlord wanted £36,000 to extend the lease but we managed to reduce this to £26,500
2 leaseholders of maisonettes wanted to purchase their freehold. The landlord wanted £45,330 but we managed to reduce this to £22,600.
